Contact form: your name, email and message are used only to reply to your inquiry. They are stored in the site database and deleted automatically after the retention period. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile against spam. It is for conversation only (no payments, orders or bookings); please don’t include payment details, passport numbers or other sensitive information.

Visit statistics: the site counts how often each page is opened, roughly how many people visit each day, which site referred them (for example Instagram or Google), and a country estimated from network location. To count repeat visits on the same day only once, connection details are turned into a code using a random key that is created each day and deleted the next, so the code can't be traced back. No IP address or precise location is stored, no cookies are used, and you can't be identified. The country estimate can be inaccurate on VPNs or mobile networks.

Cookies: the public site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
